Privacy Policy
Elite Solutions USA LLC (“NurseExamPass,” “we,” “us,” “our”)

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through https://shop.nurseexampass.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. Who the Site is for
The Site is for people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not intentionally offer the Site to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
3. Information we collect
Account and contact information. Your name, email address, password (stored in protected form), and the billing details you enter at checkout. Source: you.
Order and access information. The products you order, order and payment status, the digital resources you are entitled to access, and records of when you access them. Source: you and our systems.
Payment information. Card and other payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive limited information, such as card brand, the last four digits, and payment status. We do not store full card numbers.
Support communications. Messages you send us and our replies. Source: you.
Technical and security information. IP address, browser and device type, date and time of requests, and similar technical data that our servers and security tools record when you use the Site, including to keep accounts and payments secure and to detect fraud and abuse.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for or intentionally collect medical or health information, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or precise location. Please do not send these to us.
4. How we use information
- To create and manage your account, process your order, deliver your digital products, and give you access to them.
- To provide customer support and handle refund requests.
- To send service emails about your account and orders, such as order confirmations, receipts, access instructions, refund and account notices, and security messages.
- To keep the Site and your account secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix technical problems.
- To enforce our Terms and Conditions and comply with the law.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only cookies and similar technologies that the Site needs to work. These include cookies that keep you signed in, remember your shopping cart, run checkout, and protect the Site and payments from fraud and abuse. Our payment processor, Stripe, may also use cookies and similar technologies on the checkout page to process payments and prevent fraud, under Stripe’s own privacy policy.
We do not currently use analytics tools, advertising or remarketing tags, social-media tracking pixels, or other tools that track you across other websites or apps. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may stop sign-in, the cart, and checkout from working.
Do Not Track and similar signals. Because we do not currently track you across websites or use your information for targeted advertising, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to opt you out of on this Site.
If this changes. We may add analytics, advertising, or similar technologies in the future. If we do, we will update this Policy before or when the change is made, and we will provide any notice, consent request, or opt-out choice that the law requires.
6. Sale and sharing of personal information
- We do not sell your personal information for money.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
- We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.
7. Email
We send service emails about your account and orders, as described in Section 4. We do not currently send marketing or newsletter emails. If we start to, we will update this Policy and will ask for your permission where the law requires it, and each marketing email will include a way to unsubscribe.
8. Who we share information with
- Service providers that help us run the Site and the business, under contract: Stripe (payment processing), our website hosting and infrastructure providers, our email provider (Hostinger Email), our customer-support tools, and security and fraud-prevention providers.
- Advisers, regulators, courts and others where required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
- A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, sale, or reorganization.
- Others at your direction, or as described when you give us the information.
9. How long we keep information
- Order and payment records: 7 years.
- Account and profile data: while your account is active and for 2 years after it is closed.
- Support communications: 3 years.
- Security logs: 12 months.
We may keep information longer where the law requires it or to handle a legal claim.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. If a security breach affects your information, we will notify you and authorities as required by law.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising, and appeal our decision. We offer these rights to all U.S. users, whether or not your state’s law requires it.
How to make a request: email info@nursingexamsources.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will verify your identity by matching what you tell us with our account records, and we may ask you to confirm through the email address on your account. We respond within 45 days, and we may extend once by another 45 days if we tell you why.
Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent. We may ask for proof of their authority.
Appeals: if we deny a request, reply to our response to appeal. We answer appeals within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.
Deleting data and access: we may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records, and records needed to prevent fraud. Deleting your account may end your access to products you ordered, and we may not refund purchases for that reason (see our Refund and Returns Policy).
We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
12. California notices
- The categories of information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the purposes are described in Sections 3, 4, 7 and 8.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
- Shine the Light (California Civil Code Section 1798.83): we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. California residents may email info@nursingexamsources.com with questions.
- We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.
13. Other states
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Jersey, Nevada, and other states with privacy laws may use the rights in Section 11 through the same email address. We do not sell personal information.
14. Links to other sites
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
15. Use outside the United States
The Site is intended for people in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, give notice such as an email or a notice on the Site.
